Greet attendees warmly and set a positive tone for the event.
Help with event setup (sign‑in area, seating, refreshments, ambience).
Welcome new members, introduce them to others, and help them settle in.
Support facilitators or speakers with small tasks as needed.
Keep an eye on the room to ensure everyone feels included and comfortable.
Answer questions and guide attendees to activities or resources.
Help with taking photos and videos
Assist with pack‑down and closing tasks after the event.
Uphold and model ClubCoast’s values of respect, empowerment, and community.
